ADVANCED SHAPE GRAMMAR AND ON SITE FABRICATION
The proposed mid-rise residential mixed-use building in Kalina BKC is distinguished by its key design element — the balconies, which serve as the primary focal point of the architectural composition. These balconies, characterized by a high level of free flowing design grammar, contribute significantly to the building’s aesthetic identity.
The fluid design, while visually striking, presents a challenge in terms of fabrication and on-site casting due to its complexity and precision requirements. The challenge lies in ensuring that the flowy design of these balconies is faithfully translated from the conceptual stage to the physical structure, requiring advanced fabrication techniques and expert craftsmanship to achieve the desired level of detail
